Taste of Europe was created by Javi and Sergio, two Spanish chefs from Zaragoza and Barcelona who turned years of cooking across Europe and Asia into one simple idea: bringing the real flavours of Europe together in Bangkok.

Before starting Taste of Europe, we worked in professional kitchens across Spain, Norway, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore and Thailand. Along the way, we discovered different cuisines, techniques and cultures — but also the dishes people always come back to: a comforting plate of homemade pasta, slow-cooked ribs, traditional Spanish tapas or a great tiramisu.

We cook the kind of food we grew up with and the dishes we've discovered throughout our journey, bringing together flavours inspired by Spain, Italy, France and other parts of Europe. Our menu is built around generous portions, quality ingredients and food made with care — without unnecessary complications.

What started as a small idea has grown through years of hard work, experimentation and a genuine obsession with improving every detail. Today, Taste of Europe serves customers through our restaurant, delivery, catering, private dining and meal plans in Bangkok. But no matter how much we grow, the philosophy stays the same:
